If you’re not running Brand Tailored Promotions yet, don’t bother.
Unless you like money.
Then you can bother.
Now… Amazon has removed the limits for Brand Tailored Promotions for one of the sections:
Followers. 
This section (like all the others) used to require audience sizes of 1K – but now it’s possible to run BTP to your followers if you have less than that number.
Another good reason to double down on Amazon Posts and get those follower numbers up.

What’s Going on at the Beach?
It’s been a busy 2 weeks with tax season, but we snuck in a few holes of golf on April 20th, our 14th wedding anniversary! 📣🎉

Construction Prices Rising in Costa Rica
Construction labor costs are rising in Costa Rica due to increased tourism and development, creating a labor shortage (I.E. Less people to swing hammers). There often seems to be trade shortages in Canada, too – why didn’t I get into the trades, again?
There are so many development projects in my region of CR right now. Those projects drive up demand and prices for workers, many of whom are brought from Nicaragua.
Larger developments attract these workers with better pay and amenities, leaving smaller contractors struggling to find labor, especially skilled workers.
As my own home construction planning begins, this is the feedback from local builders.
Several luxury developments are emerging in the area, though they’re a bit outside of my… budget.
Here are a few notable ones:
Zapotal Beach Club: Luxury lots starting at $5 million with hefty annual dues, enhanced by the purchase of a Land Rover dealership and helicopters for transport. Visit Zapotal Beach Club
CantoMar: Minutes away, offering luxury townhouses starting at $4 million. Visit CantoMar
Nekajui at Peninsula Papagayo: A Ritz-Carlton Reserve offering 3-bedroom villas for $6.7 million. Visit Nekajui
Waldorf Astoria Residences Guanacaste: Entry-level 2-bedroom condos priced at $1.6 million. Visit Waldorf Astoria Residences
The future challenge for these developments will likely be finding bilingual staff.
