The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read every one. It is just Max and Emily on the other side — no team, no funnel, no auto-responder pretending to be helpful.
Most replies go out in 24 to 72 hours. If we are between time zones or on a flight day, it is sometimes a little longer. We always reply.
A couple of things that help us help you faster:
- Tell us the one thing you are trying to figure out.
- If it is Amazon, drop your category and roughly where you are at (launch, $10K/mo, $1M/mo — any rough size helps).
- If it is travel, we love hearing where you are.
