6-month raises for $x (full time) / 12-month raises for $x (part-time) Raises happen every 6 months for full-time staff and every 12 months for part-time. The amount is fixed at $x and can be increased if performance is exceptional. Regular reviews help set expectations and keep progress aligned.
13th month bonus paid out quarterly - amount is calculated based on what they earn in a total month and split in 4 Instead of one big payment at the end of the year, we break the 13th month bonus into four quarterly payments. That way, VAs receive a steady bonus every few months based on their average monthly earnings.
2-4 weeks paid vacation All VAs are eligible for at least 2 weeks of paid vacation each year, and we often extend that to 3 or 4 depending on loyalty, workload, and length of service. We encourage time off and want people to actually rest.
